Lab X Creations, LLC Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a damaged item or need to return a product, please contact us so we can assist you with the proper return method. We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to Return an Item:
- Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Returns must be shipped back to us using the same carrier and method by which they were originally sent to you. We ship via UPS and all returns must also be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please contact us for further details so we can assist. Where applicable, we can provide a return label.
Important Note for Returns Containing Liquids:
Due to shipping regulations and our local post office's policies, returns for items containing liquids (over 16 ounces/ 1 pint) are not permitted via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). All returns of these items must be shipped via UPS or FedEx (ground services only). This is to ensure compliance with carrier regulations and to prevent delivery issues to our warehouse.
Condition of Returned Items for Refunds:
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or provide a partial refund if the item is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Restocking fees may be assed for damaged returns.
